Welcome to Europe's only dedicated CrossFit and Functional fitness shop, selling everything you need to train effectively and none of the silly stuff the fitness industry would like you to blow your hard earned cash on.

We stock just about everything you need to set up a home gym, CrossFit box, or world class strength and conditioning gym. If we don't have it, then we can probably tell you the best place to go and get it (or tell you why you really don't need it).

We are all CrossFit trainers, so if you have any questions about equipment, CrossFit or Functional Fitness we've got the experience to answer your questions. We'll answer your questions honestly even if it means telling you not to buy something from us and recommending another company.

Picked up the bar/weights and even though I hadn't slept the night before and was going to be flying back out the same day, I had a quick workout and was hugely impressed. It felt really mooth snatching with 70 Kg and the one clean I did with 110kg before racking for my front squats just popped up. I'm looking forward to my C&J workout tonight! The plates are great too, I now don't give dropping a them a thought at all, so was able to just let the bar go in between reps - saving on energy previously used to decelerate the bar.
