Picked up the bar/weights and even though I hadn't slept the night before and was going to be flying back out the same day, I had a quick workout and was hugely impressed. It felt really mooth snatching with 70 Kg and the one clean I did with 110kg before racking for my front squats just popped up. I'm looking forward to my C&J workout tonight! The plates are great too, I now don't give dropping a them a thought at all, so was able to just let the bar go in between reps - saving on energy previously used to decelerate the bar.
