If you don't use chalk, order some. It is so cheap, and makes holding on to a bar/ rings/ pullup bar etc much easier, safer and reduces the wear on the skin of your hands, especially when you get sweaty. If you are running a gym, or train at home, buy blocks and crumble the blocks in a tub (with a lid to keep it dry). If you're training in a globo gym (we feel your pain...), then get a goolie, and keep it in your pocket or bag so they don't get the hump and throw you out. :-)

Picked up the bar/weights and even though I hadn't slept the night before and was going to be flying back out the same day, I had a quick workout and was hugely impressed. It felt really mooth snatching with 70 Kg and the one clean I did with 110kg before racking for my front squats just popped up. I'm looking forward to my C&J workout tonight! The plates are great too, I now don't give dropping a them a thought at all, so was able to just let the bar go in between reps - saving on energy previously used to decelerate the bar.
