Delivery, Refunds and Returns
Delivery Policy:
Strength Power Speed Ltd will not sell any item we do not have in stock. If an item is out of stock, you can contact us at sales@strengthpowerspeed.co.uk This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and place an order. If a mistake is made and we cannot fulfil an order, you will be offered an alternative item, a refund or the option of waiting for replacement stock to arrive.

When can you expect your item to be dispatched:
Most purchases of up to 35Kgs (20kgs for some European countries) will be dispatched next working day. Larger orders will usually be sent on a pallet. Depending on the delivery country, there could be up to a 3 or 4 day delay while a lorry is booked and loaded. Transport times vary.
How your order will be sent:
Your order may be dispatched by post, courier or pallet depending on the weight/ volume/ delivery country.
How long will delivery take:
Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 3- 5 working days for posted items and 2-3 working days for items sent by courier. International orders may take longer. Shipping costs are based on a weight/volume calculation.
How weight / volume is calculated:
The larger figure of either the weight of all items added together in Kg or the sum volume of all items in cubic cm divided by 6000 will be used.
IMPORTANT:
Customs and Duty: Please note that all shipments to Non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds:
Lost or Damaged Goods:

In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your ‘your order has been despatched’ email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods.
If you received the wrong product:
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customerservice@strengthpowerspeed.co.uk This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Product Returns:
Customer Service must be contacted for all product returns and product must be returned in the original packaging and in brand new condition just as you received it. Strength Power Speed Ltd.com reserves the right to inspect all product returns and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or if all the contents of the product are not returned. Some returned shipments may also require us to charge a restocking fee (15-25%). Please ensure you get a tracking number or a shipping receipt.
DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT BACK TO SPS’S OFFICE ADDRESS!
All products must be shipped back to the warehouse address it came from.
This refund policy does not apply to special orders, gift certificates, gym flooring, mats, weights , liquidations and commercial equipment.
No refunds will be given and sales are final.
Restocking Fee:
There will be a 25% restocking fee for products that are returned for convenience or items ordered and refused for convenience reasons.
Cancellation after an order has shipped:
Customers will be responsible for ALL shipping costs if the order is cancelled after shipment. As a result, you will be charged shipping costs to you and then back to our warehouse. The Strength Power Speed Ltd.com can't be held responsible if an order is not cancelled by the customer in time. If cancellation of an order is necessary, it must be done no later than 24-hours after the order placement. Select returned shipments may also require restocking fee.
We will not ship to the following countries:
Balkans, Belarus, Burma/ Myanmar, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Cuba, DRC, Egypt, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, Indonesia, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Rwanda, Serbia & Montenegro, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venuezuela, Zimbabwe.
